1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Rizwani Technologies(“Rizwani”) websites, hosting services, software products, and project engagements. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Rizwani provides hosting and infrastructure, project-based IT and digital services, and SaaS products. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for project work are agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for lawful use of hosted services, and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials issued to you.

4. Payment

Fees for services are set out in the relevant proposal, invoice, or plan. Recurring services are billed on the agreed cycle until cancelled in accordance with the applicable notice period.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rizwani’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
